Each week, Artisan will team up a chosen local winery, farmer and/or rancher with Chef Chris Kobayashi, creating a menu specifically tailored to that night's selection. Winemakers or representatives from Paso's most esteemed wineries, farms and ranches will be present to mingle with diners and answer questions.
