Outstanding In the Field

Outstanding In the Field is a roving culinary adventure - literally a restaurant without walls.

Bringing together local farmers and food artisans, chefs and winemakers, they explore the connection between the earth and the food on your plate. Many acclaimed chefs such as Nate Appleman from A-16, Jennifer Biesty from Coco500, David Kinch from Manresa Restraurant and Jeremy Fox from Ubuntu have been a part of this amazing program that travels North America. Artisan was asked to join the 2009 and 2010 tours and teamed up with many of our local producers for unforgettable dinners at Windrose Farm and Halter Ranch.

Outstanding In the Field has invited us once again and this year we will join our friends at Rinconada Dairy for an amazing dinner in the pasture. Join us there on Sunday June 5, 2011!
