WELCOME
Our restaurant, Artisan, is located in the booming central
coast wine region of Paso Robles, California. The Contemporary
American concept for Artisan's menu stems from regional
American cooking that is built upon traditional techniques
and introduced as fresh and innovative cuisine. Our beer
and wine bar offers an exquisite line of wines from the
central coast as well as from other regions in California.
We also offer a wide range of ales, porters and stouts
from around the world on draught and in bottles to help
tantalize the palate. Please come visit us to enjoy fine
cuisine in a comfortable setting that is above the normal
dining experience. A separate dining room area is available
for winemaker's dinners, banquets and private parties.
We are open seven days a week for lunch and dinner, from
11:00am to 10:00pm. Reservations are always recommended
on weekends, peak holidays and the summer season. Please
